When I flew to Norway, I went with my mate Nils and I'm sure we achieved much more than we would have otherwise. The Pigeon sounds nice, haven't had that in a long time and it's much more gamey than duck which I've always thought was quite greasy. Look forwards to reading about the rest of your trip, I've not made it to Asia yet and I really should get to know my future overlords!
